I have been taking pictures lately of the many shades/hues of winter. They are indeed a joy for the eyes....tranquil beauty, a respite from the sometimes aggressive sumptuosity of summer.
These pictures brought to mind a movie, The Secret Garden. (The 1993 one directed by Agnieszka Holland....) Near the end the protagonist Mary states that "If you look the right way, you can see that the whole world is a garden." If you haven't seen it, I highly recommend it for all four of you.
Your pictures demonstrate that the whole world is indeed a beautiful garden, no matter the season!
