Atually, Isabella said that, although I have to say while a fresh piece of spring lamb is wonderful, I had mutton once and it was awful! I've never had the desire to try goat......
I know, I know...LOL.... We all love lamb in this family and I like to vary the flavors. I like to cook a leg of lamb roasted, fairly plain with just garlic cloves under the skin and sprinkled with thyme, salt and pepper....or the same but prepared more like the Greek cook. Another way is by "visiting' India and serving a delicious "rogon josh". Yet another of our favorites is a tagine "bil kok" or a couscous such as the ones we savor in....Paris.
