Ahhh, yes...the girls have the urge to lay!In the garden flowers have started here and there to show their sweet little heads...In the studio I am putting the finishing touches on my painting and then I will be busy packing for my trip to Ohio.
wow! Those eggs look stunning... the browns and speckles put the plain white in my fridge to shame. haha.
Here in Saskatchewan, the first green tips of daylilies are poking out of the ground, but we are still freezing every night. I am waiting impatiently for planting time to start.
Hi Dale, Thanks for the comment: I also had an ameraucana hen (named Candy) who laid greenish/blueish eggs but she got old and is in hen heaven! I want to get another one just like her but they are not so easy to find. Wow, you are far away from me (New Mexico).....it must be beautiful!
