Oh, the joy of viewing the pond in the morning and the opening of new water lilies....and watching the koi King strolling about and contemplating his dominion, followed by a small admiring crowd of little kois, shubunkins and comets...Then a loving look at my new marguerites, planted in the honor of our precious and beloved maman, Marguerite!Finally I have to take a picture of this "haunted" house.....way before Halloween...but I'd rather not see the inhabitant...
Found this little nest, sad...the eggs are pale blue like robin eggs, so delicate and precious. It was under our pine trees.Finally planted my tomato plant!

Wow!.........After much research, talking to my sister who owns one, talking with Steve......I decided (with Steve's blessing) to get the Canon Powershot G9....today...as I said, WOW!We were expecting friends over tonight so after charging the battery I quickly shot a couple of pictures...not the greatest artistically but great pictures for just pressing the button-between making the marinade for our grilled shrimp and setting everything up and ready....nuts..olives, cheese platter, etc.
