After that, done!

Back home on Sunday

Yesterday on my birthday Steve and I went to the zoo, one of our favorite places to visit. We had a grand time, what a treat!

Ice Bath anyone?

Yes, I am taking an ice bath after my long run today. As a gift to myself for my birthday I ran 10 miles (16kms) this morning and then decided to take an ice bath (had never done that before) as "icing on the cake". Supposed to do wonders for tired and abused legs:)Here I am seen screaming using all the vowels of the alphabet...

Early Morning Sight

At 7am we heard the gentle roaring of the hot air being blown into the balloons so we rushed outside the house and I took these pics quickly. I particularly like the one seen through the many trees that border our property.

Last Night 's Visitors

Not one, not two...bla..bla...bla but 4, the whole little family visiting our front courtyard and helping themselves to the bird seeds....what a mess!
