Steve is watching intensely as sesame seeds are being toasted: I had told him that this is an extremely fast process and that before you know it, they are burnt!!! He even had to plug his ears so as to concentrate better!
These were to be sprinkled on top of our blasphemous tagine (see prior posts). By the way the tagine was absolutely yummy!
