Tagine Bil Hoot




In this household we are eating fish on Fridays during lent so yesterday I cooked a tagine of fish with lots of garlic, parsley, cilantro, lemon (including preserved lemons), olives and ginger, paprika, cumin.....yum! Look at this juicy garlic ready for more knife action!

    Hi, beautiful, thank you for your fun comment! That is my very favorite knife..they call it a santoku and it chops, allright.....
    This dish was just delicious. I love fish but it is a specially good preparation for people who don't dig it :-)
